CLT WKND - Breakouts

BREAKOUT SESSIONS

There will be 5 breakout sessions offered over the course of the weekend. Students will have the opportunity to attend two of the sessions that are offered.

Breaking Free from Man’s Traps (Guys only)

This breakout session will be for the guys. Pastor Clint will encourage the young men to live fully for Christ and break free from common “traps” men face such as anger, laziness, and impurity.

Clint Pressley
Senior Pastor

Breaking Free from Worldly Patterns in Womanhood (girls only)

During this breakout, the girls will examine how women can live fully for Christ and break free from the common patterns of sin that women face such as comparison, gossip, and labels.

Jenna Prince
Wife to Jacob Prince, Student Discipleship Pastor (Harris Campus)

FREEDOM from fear: how to not waste your life

During this breakout session, we’ll walk through Hebrews 11:23-28 to see how living by faith can free us from fear of death, failure, want, uncertainty, and others to live a life fully devoted to Christ.

Dr. Kyler Smith
Senior Associate Pastor

FREEDOM IN WORSHIP

In this breakout session, we will examine how as God fulfills our souls, addresses our sins, and reveals Christ as our Redeemer, we can focus on Him and experience true freedom in worship.

Dr. Olivier Hakizimana
Worship Associate, Harris Campus

Set Free from Addiction

In this breakout session, we will explore the hard truths about addiction. We'll examine the dangers of common addictions (vaping, alcohol, pornography, and social media) and learn how to break free through Christ. This session will include practical steps to replace destructive habits with godly ones and teach you how to seek God's power for lasting change.

Dr. Jimmie Quesinberry
Head of School, Hickory Grove Christian School
