Ecuador 2024 - Misision Recap

Our Ecuador Mission Team had a great time serving with One Heart Global Ministries! Throughout their trip, they served in Ecuador's highlands, distributing food, handing out boots, and completing a few construction projects for the local churches!

Friday

On Friday, our team shopped at the farmer's market to assemble food baskets for families in Licto. They were also able to begin preparations to build a restroom for the new church building in Licto! Please pray for the church as they build relationships with the people of Licto and that their hearts will be open to the Gospel.

SATURDAY

On Saturday, part of our team participated in outreach to a community in the highlands. They washed feet, handed out boots, and shared the Gospel with many families. The rest of the team helped install flooring at a local church in Cebadas.

SUNDAY

On Easter Sunday, our team worshipped at a church in the village of Panchanco. This village is located at the base of Mt. Chimborazo. This inactive volcano is best known for being the farthest point from the center of the Earth. Pastor Kyle preached while the team helped lead worship. It was a great Resurrection Sunday!

Monday

On Monday, our team helped begin a new outreach ministry for One Heart Global Ministries. They passed out boots and shared the Gospel with students at a local public school. 

Continue to pray for Katty and One Heart Global Ministries! Pray for fruit as she and her team minister in the highlands of Ecuador. Pray for this new boot ministry, that relationships will be built and many hearts will be open to the Gospel!
