Baptists On Mission will host Disaster Relief Training at our Harris Campus on Saturday, March 1 from 8 AM-3 PM. If you are interested in being trained to serve on disaster relief teams, plan to attend.
Training certifications being offered are:
- Admin - General
- Admin - Recovery
- Assessment (must be certified in recovery to take assessment)
- Chaplaincy
- Childcare
- Crew Chief (must be certified in recovery to take Crew Chief)
- Maintenance
- Communications/IT
- Feeding
- Logistics
- MRC
- Recovery
- Recovery Trailer
- Safety
- Shower/Laundry
- Forklift (must be certified in feeding, logistics or recovery to take forklift)
For ages 18 and older. The cost is $40, which includes a PDF training manual, hat, shirt, ID badge, background check (if needed), meal, and temporary accident insurance.
